1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your coffee arrives damaged (e.g., broken packaging affecting the beans’ integrity) or defective (e.g., not matching the description of our small-batch roasted Arabica beans from Peru, Honduras, or Guatemala), you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., Dark Before Dawn - Recovery Blend instead of Daily Reprieve - Maintenance Blend) or an incomplete order.

Unsatisfied with Quality: For unopened packages, if the product does not meet your expectations based on our descriptions (e.g., the complex full-bodied roast of our SOBERGANIC! blend), we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for:

Opened or used products, due to the perishable nature of coffee.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders.
